Create delicious autumn-inspired side dishes perfect for the holidays or any day!  Menu may include jeweled butternut squash; lemony wheat berries with roasted brussel spouts; skinny cauliflower mashed potatoes; wild rice with maple hazelnuts and dried cranberries; braised red cabbage with pears and fennel; roasted beet and farro salad; Italian butter beans with lemon and tarragon; perfect pareve cornbread.

Menu may include Thai chicken and zucchini noodles with spicy peanut sauce; cauliflower fried rice; lettuce wraps with Asian-style turkey meatballs; warm mushroom and snap pea salad with mint; Tuscan broccoli rabe; baked cod with basil and roasted tomatoes; and flourless chocolate chip cookies.
