Menu may include Thai chicken and zucchini noodles with spicy peanut sauce; cauliflower fried rice; lettuce wraps with Asian-style turkey meatballs; warm mushroom and snap pea salad with mint; Tuscan broccoli rabe; baked cod with basil and roasted tomatoes; and flourless chocolate chip cookies.
