Hi, I’m Jackie Topol, Registered Dietitian and Culinary Nutritionist.

My career was inspired by my own struggles with health. Because of my own transformative first-hand experiences with the power of nutrition, I have dedicated my life’s work to helping people improve their health through diet and lifestyle changes. My goal is to spare my clients the struggles that I had with bad skin, extra weight, fatigue, and digestive issues through the incredible power of good nutrition. 

I grew up in the melting pot of Queens, New York City. I have friends from many different countries and as a result, have been exposed to many food cultures from around the globe. This allows me to create more impactful recommendations for people from all different backgrounds. 

My culinary background is very helpful to my clients. With over ten years of experience as a culinary instructor, I can provide easy recipes, and recommend adaptations to their favorite recipes. I am also knowledgeable about foods from different cultures so I can make appropriate suggestions.

Before starting my private practice, I worked at one of the nation’s best hospitals for eight years. This clinical experience has been a strong foundation for helping clients with complicated health histories.
